Hugo Nájera is Head of Business Development Mexico in BBVA Group. He is responsible of the customer experience, developing a global value proposition for the financial group in Mexico. Also an expert in Digital solutions development, Agile practitioner, Ecosystem builder and Disruptive Transformation promoter in the financial industry.

Currently he is in charge of the Strategy and New Digital Business, Banking Products and Payments, Insurance Company, Asset Management, Relationship and Distribution Models, Intelligence and Big Data, Marketing and Design, Solutions Development, Customer Relationship Management, Commercial Banking Solutions, Digital and Alternative Channels.

Previously he was the Chief Innovation Officer for BBVA Group (Spain). His responsibilities were creating the baises to expand the innovation inside the Group and the identification of the main streams to create a new value proposition, testing the firsts digital and global products and business for the Group.
