It is paramount that we not just strive for gender inclusion, but for progress that reaches beyond it and fosters maximum participation. But why are we not there yet? What is preventing today's leaders from treating the leadership gender gap with a sense of urgency? What are the obstacles to and opportunities for increasing leadership by girls and women in the Digital Age?

Join us for a webinar with Cheryl Miller Van Dÿck to find out about risks related to the low participation of women in digital sectors, areas that require urgent action, and effective approaches for improving the situation.

Cheryl is the Director of Digital Leadership Institute, a Brussels-based international nonprofit organization, promoting inclusive digital transformation by advocating for the participation of girls and women in studies, careers, and leadership in the fields of entrepreneurship, science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematic (ESTEAM).

In 2018, Google and the Financial Times placed Cheryl among the 100 Digital Pioneers of Europe, and in 2019, the United Nations recognized Digital Leadership Institute for its global leadership in digital inclusion. She is also a member of G20/W20 as a European Union delegate and expert on digital inclusion and entrepreneurship, board-member of the Women Entrepreneurship Platform, and advisor to European Commission projects focusing on diversity and inclusion in RD&I, and ethics in AI and big data. She is also the Ambassador for Women's Entrepreneurship Day and Cloud Ambassador for Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Join the webinar on May 28, 2020 from 06:00 PM CEST.

This event is open to everyone and will be recorded.
