About the speaker
Mrs. Chamizo has over 20 years’ experience designing and delivering intercultural and diversity
programs. geared to international students, faculty and business executives in Chile, the US and Spain.
Mrs. Chamizo has also participated in the research and publication of several diversity publications for Spanish universities and international organizations.
Mrs. Chamizo is an active member of the Fulbright Alumni Association, SIETAR Spain (Society for
Intercultural Education, Training and Research), NAFSA (The Association of International Educators), and GirlUP, UN girl empowerment campaign.

Founder of Diversity Insights, Ms. Chamizo serves as Adjunct Professor of Diversity and Inclusion at IE School of Public and Global Affairs. She also works as diversity consultant for international organizations such as OECD (Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development)
