In this talk, we will address:

- Behaviors that indicate mental health problems.
- The role our negative thoughts have on our mental health.
- How to sustain a routine that promotes mental health.
- How to identify triggers to negative and harmful emotions.
- How to cope with overwhelming negative emotions and thoughts.
- How to avoid burnout.

Clinical Psychologist

SINEWS

Inés works as a health psychologist at SINEWS MTI, and she is one of IEU's clinical counselors.  Her multicultural background and graduate studies in the US help her connect with the difficulties that her clients experience.


She often treats anxiety and depression, as well as problems in self-esteem, assertiveness, and interpersonal relationships.
