Designed by Student Minds, a UK-based NGO that specializes in mental health in higher education, IEU Counseling teaches Look After Your Mate several times a year.

The aim of this workshop is to teach students about the signs to look for in their friends whom they suspect are struggling with their mental health and suggests ways to support that friend, including how to initiate a meaningful conversation and signpost them to the appropriate resources or services on/off-campus if necessary.

It is a 2-hour workshop delivered online. Due to its highly interactive format, attendance to one of these workshops is limited to 10 students.
