Arjun Mallik is the Managing Director Prudential East Africa and CEO of Prudential Uganda, leading the business since its establishment in June 2015. Arjun previously worked in the US, Malaysia and the UK. His early experience was in private equity, and he holds a BA in Economics from Eckerd College (USA) and an MBA from Instituto de Empresa (Spain).

Prudential is a leading global financial services firm founded in London nearly two centuries ago, with commercial operations across the US, Asia and Africa.

Arjun chairs the Market Growth Committee for the Ugandan Insurance Association, serves on its Executive Committee, and several other boards. In 2018 he was voted among IE’s ‘Epic Alumni’, a trophy he shows off to disbelieving visitors at every opportunity.
