The program begins sharing general information in three different sessions through a deep learning process related to stress tolerance and performance. The experts will create a theoretical framework where practical strategies will be delivered after each session to all the participants in order they can incorporate them to their daily activities. After session1, they will do an individual mentoring to adjust each intervention.
- 1st Session: Nutrition, Physical activity and Performance (January 9th 2018)
You will see the impact of nutrition and physical activity on brain and immune system energetics and learn how to optimize it.
- 2nd Session: Biorhythms and Performance (February 6th 2018)
You will see how biorhythm determines the energy availability towards your brain. How social jet lag affects your performance and how can you improve it.
- 3rd Session: Hormesis to improve stress Tolerance (March 6th 2018)
You will see the new paradigm for training and developing stress tolerance and how having contact with acute but short stress factors could improve your health.
