Yoel has over 15 years’ experience in strategic business projects to innovate in new products and services with end-user focus. He has collaborated with digital software companies using design interaction tools and applying ethnography to product/services design.
He is the current Director of INSITUM Europe. He has developed projects for various industries, including financial services, FMCG, telecommunications, technology and healthcare industries.
Yoel is Bachelor of Industrial Design from the University Pompeu Fabra, Barcelona - Spain and a Masters in Interaction Design, from the same university. He also holds a Psychology bachelor from the UOC (Universitat Oberta de Catalunya).

In his work at BTS in Europe and LatAm, Massimo has worked for clients in multiple industries (e.g. software, electronics, media, utilities) to build alignment and commitment to change, while simultaneously helping leaders develop critical innovation leadership capabilities.
Massimo holds a degree in business administration from Bocconi University in Milan, and an MBA from IE Business school in Madrid.
