It will be an interactive session where we will share 10 tips to challenge your strengths and multiply happiness. It will be a judgment-free space to think outside the box and empower yourselves with all the amazing things that make you beautiful and wonderful.

Eugenia is a Psychologist Specialist in Positive Psychology, she has Diplomas in Positive Psychology, Application of Positive Psychology and Management Coaching. She is co-founder and Director of the Wakku consulting firm focused on developing strengths and positive cultures to promote the growth of organizations. She works as a consultant and trainer specializing in project planning and management, cultural transformation, HR, happiness, management by values, strategic business management, emotional intelligence and development of high-performance teams. She has accompanied international companies such as Toyota, Kids and Us, Saint Gobain, Ibiza Gran Hotel, Iberostar, Adamo, Delivering Happiness, Ferrer, HyM, Hard Rock, Palladium Hotel Group, Hard Rock, Palm Experience Hotels, Synergie, Alana, El Abogado, Dinamo International W2S Corp, GlobalTek, among others. She is an Adjunct Professor in the Talent Development and Human Resources Master's program at IE Human Science and Technology in Madrid.



Experience in HR management for more than 6 years in a group of international companies, including Hidrocaven Equipment and Systems, MEGA Machines, Delta Industrial Supplies, Dinamo, ServiDinamo, among others. International Consultant for more than 5 years. Her international professional career has been focused on the development of strategies that promote the development of positive and sustainable organizational cultures, on the implementation of strategic business plans and on the creation of programs for the integral development of people. She received the “Senior Bridge” award from Haverford University for her work in South Africa and Swaziland.



She has led and implemented team integration projects, recruitment based on values, management by talents and strengths, cultural transformation and promotion of well-being and happiness. Her cultural transformation interventions have received awards such as the PositivArte Positive Education Award and have been presented at various Positive Psychology Congresses. During her career she had the opportunity to live in Hong Kong, Ghana, South Africa, Eswatini, the USA, Venezuela and Spain, allowing her to learn from other realities and improve her projects to adapt them to different cultures.
