Environmental education is essential to develop knowledge and create links between citizenship and nature as a way to respect and conserve the environment.

On the 14th of March we will go to the National Park Sierra de Guadarrama to recollect waste after an induction and explanation on how to use the eLitter app. Afterwards, we will receive a talk about waste, microplastics and garbage. We will also do the famous Forest Bathing, also known as Shinrin Yoku, a practice that consists of spending time in the forest with the aim of improving health, well-being and happiness while reconnecting with nature.

Bring water, sunscreen, lunch, comfortable clothes and shoes and anything you might need!
