Project Finance BootCamp in Energy Sector

The Energy Club will be hosting a BootCamp on Project Finance in the Energy Sector.

Project Finance is a complex instrument to finance large energy projects such as Solar and Wind Power Farms, Drilling Rigs and others, that takes into consideration finance and contracts.

To approach such financial instrument we will have a case on a Wind Power Farm that will take into consideration Financial Modelling and Contract Negotiation and have participants analyze the financial model and propose the best way to approach the several contracts thats are pertinent to this instrument.
The participants will be grouped into teams at the start of the event and will be asked to provide solutions to specific situations. Participants will be presented an initial project situation through a case. They will then be subject to several event shocks and will be asked to submit the best way to deal with such shocks in the project. At the end we will have a debriefing session where we analyze the proposed solutions.
