Special purpose acquisition companies (SPAC) have become increasingly popular lately, some proving to be profitable investments. While SPACs have been around for decades, as more private businesses eye exit opportunities and as the Covid-19 pandemic generates volatility in the IPO market, this financial maneuver has gained momentum in recent months. In this event Guillermo Trenas is going to give us some insights on the topic. His experience at Lazard in M&A and capital structuring has provided him with the expertise needed to evaluate the trend and forecast its potential implications. Following Mr. Trena's remarks, all attendees will have the opportunity to engage in a Q&A session where they will clear up any unanswered questions.
