Madrid_Workshop. How to Leverage your Interest in Humanities During Interviews?

This session aims to dispel the myth that humanities are of no interest to employers outside of academia. In fact, it could be argued that the perspectives and insights that we obtain through the study of humanities are now more important than ever, even for very STEM or business focused roles. Displaying a humanities-based approach during an interview can help you come across as a well-rounded candidate who is equipped with the necessary skills to face any kind of challenge that may come up in this ever-changing world.

Lourdes is passionate about helping people develop, meet their career goals and reach their full potential. She is a seasoned HR professional with a wealth of experience in identifying, recruiting and developing talent which she has acquired throughout the last 15 years both in London and Madrid within companies such as Morgan Stanley, J.P. Morgan, and Esterline Technologies. She currently works with the consulting firm Talengo where she manages projects related to leadership development, talent evaluation, mentoring and strategic diversity management.
