To Organize an Event or Activity on Campus:

  1. Inform the Campus Life office about the event or activity at least two weeks before the event.
  2. Check the date availability with Campus Life to avoid overlapping activities.
  3. Check the availability of the venue with Campus Life, especially when it comes to large venues like Aula Magna, Serrano 105, or Paper Pavilion.
  4. Publish the event on, including: a short description of the event, registration form for attendees, and a flyer.
  5. Coordinate the logistics and technical requirements for the event with Campus Life at least one week before the date of the event.
  6. The week after the event, the club should submit a press release about the event and photos to Campus Life. The press release will be published on Campus Life blog, and a selection of the best press releases will be included in IDEAS magazine, which reaches all the IE Alumni.
