Event Details
The Inside Out Project has made it to IE, now join us to see how it began, the behind the scenes of the photoshoot with Photographer & IE Professor Brian Hallett and the final outcome on the facade of María de Molina 31! You will also have a chance to leave your message to the new upcoming class!

The event will be open to students, professors, staff, alumni and their families, so don’t miss this great opportunity to network with all our IE Community members! We would also like to invite you to a very special cocktail served by two renowned ambassadors of Spanish products: Florencio Sanchidrián and Martín Afinador.*

-    Florencio is said to be one of the world’s great “cortadores de jamón”, or Iberian ham slicers. Ham slicing is not just a profession, but an art, and Mr. Sanchidrián will show how it is done to all the participants of the event. Florencio was named a World Ambassador of Ham by the Real Academia de Gastronomía, and very distinguished palates, such as the King Juan Carlos, Rafa Nadal, Robert de Niro, Al Pacino, Benedict XVI, Silvio Berlusconi, Tony Blair, George Bush, Richard Gere or even Obama had the opportunity to taste the ham and enjoy Mr. Sanchidrián’s art. Don’t miss the amazing opportunity to witness the fine art of slicing Spanish ham.

-    Martín Afinador was founded by José Luis Martín, Maestro Quesero Afinador (Cheese Master Affineur). Based on a wide experience around the world, they train and act as consultants in the field. Specialized in Spanish cheeses they will give us the opportunity to taste the different varieties from all around Spain.

We hope to see you on July 20th at 19:00 in the launch pad of MM31!

* Vegan options will be available.
