Carmen Reina, Head of Data Culture at Orange reporting directly to the CDO will share her experience on building a data-first culture at Orange.

Her main tasks consists of
-Creation of the data culture identifying the necessary aspects for a mindset change as well as the main players for its implementation in the organization.
-Help the digital transformation of the company through the promotion of analytical thinking in the team.
-Promotion a team culture through differential training, improvement of the work environment, organization of events and knowledge exchange between the areas.
