The data analytics company, Alto Analytics will undertake the analysis of the impact of the Yellow Vests movement. The Alto analysis would give all the IE students the opportunity to learn a bit more on the topic of social network impact on Yellow vest movement.

It would be approximately a 1.5-hour event where the Alto analysts would present the impact of users on the Yellow Vest Digital debate and how Alto data scientists used Alto Analyzer to build and identify the largest community of users interacting in connection with the Yellow Vests public debate.

They would also briefly discuss ongoing projects at Alto about how the company applies big data for the analysis of public opinion and prepares economic intelligence reports for the private sector, or projects conducting network climate research on political events such as the illegal independence referendum in Catalonia or, more recently, the elections in Italy for example.
