Managing Communication Gaps Across Cultures

This session will explore how communication differs from region to region by using diagrams from Richard Lewis’ When Cultures Collide. Using examples from the audience’s own experiences, we will learn how to best communicate to people from different parts of the world. Then we will look to revise a communication cadence from America to fit another cultures’ communication style.
