Negotiations in the current environment have changed dramatically and even experienced negotiators find themselves struggling to adapt.  The first key in developing a strategy for negotiating in this new world is understanding the differences between face to face negotiations in the past and negotiating on-line or in a mixed format in the present - including the external pressures that add another layer of complexity to every interaction.  In this masterclass we will look at what neuroscience tells about in terms of the stressors we are under at present, the difficulties in creating rapport on-line and strategies for adapting.
