IE Entrepreneurship Knowledge Event II/II

Dear IE Alumni,

We are thrilled to invite you to two Legal educational events which will take place in Zürich at Walder Wyss Ltd. Offices on May 9th 2017 and July 4th 2017.

The second event will focus on dealing with intellectual property:

- Different types of IP rights:

o Patents;

o Trademarks;

o Copyrights;

o Know how;

- Role of an IP strategy: Apple vs. IBM;

- Monetization strategies for IP rights: Licencing agreements and other strategies;

- Mobile apps, Fintech;

- IP transfer clauses in employment contracts, mandate agreements, service agreements;

- Data protection.



Both events are hosted at Walder Wyss Ltd. Offices in Seefeldstrasse 123, Zürich, starting from 18.00 (hour to be confirmed by Theo).
