Details
Positive Psychology, Contemplative Sciences (Mindfulness) and Neurology have generated new research findings that help us better understand human behavior and mental patterns. This has allowed developing the MBSAT training methodology that creates integrative benefits on cognitive, emotional and physical levels. When applied to the functional areas of management such as marketing, strategy, finance and information technology, Mindful Leaders develop constructive, sustainable solutions to address their most pressing challenges.
