Dear Portuguese alumni,
Thanks to the support of many IE alumni who have already confirmed their availability IE will be the learning partner of the Horasis Global meeting 2018 - Lisbon, 5-8th May Cascais.
As IE alumni we are invited to take part in this closed meeting, organized by a Davos Forum ex-director and expected to bring together more than 600 CEOs and global leaders. Those that attend will take notes about the sessions and an IE professor will produce a report of the event.
If you interested in taking part in this spectacular opportunity, please fill this short questionnaire indicating your availability and dietary restrictions as soon as you can, adding all your available time slots. The event agenda is attached and you can also find it here. I will confirm who will take part as soon as all slots are filled (sometimes 7 sessions will be taking place simultaneously). We can take turns since not everyone is available for the 4 days.
Details:
Each one of us has to prepare a micro report about the session(s) covered (text only, with the session name/date/hour clearly identified at the top as well as your name, email and phone number. No photos nor specific formats are required. We have to deliver our reports up to 24 hours after the last session we covered. It is important that the content of these reports is aligned with the final version of the report (summary remarks and 1 or 2 of the most relevant quotes of each session). We will deliver a report like this one, compiled by the professor, 4 days after the event: http://www.horasis.org/Horasis%20Global%20Meeting%202017%20-%20report.pdf

PS. The team will be selected taking into account candidates commitment, engagement to deliver the reports 24 hours after the sessions, availability to clarify doubts with the professor preparing the final version, professional / academic experience in the field/s covered and first come/first served basis.
PPS. IE/Horasis partnership: We have a cool opportunity to be the learning partner of Horasis Global meeting, organized by former World Economic Forum's Director in charge of Asian affairs. They have their Global leaders meeting in Portugal in May with some 600 CEOs. All we have to do is to organize some alums to join this amazing top event and afterwards send us the report of the sessions they had attended so that the organizers can make an overall report. We are supporting India focused meeting in Malaga in June this way. I personally think it is awesome… the idea we have is to close the global partnership with them after trying first two…
