Carmen is an experienced executive coach and trainer with more than 8 years experience working to facilitate the success of business leaders and their organizations. Before becoming a coach Carmen had several years of international experience in managerial positions in sales & marketing within the
publishing, technology and dairy products industries.
She became a Certified Professional Coactive Coach by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Francisco. She is also a certified Executive coach by The Berkeley Executive Coaching Institute, at Berkeley University. In addition to her
one-on-one coaching practice she works as a trainer and consultant for different corporations. Also, as a credentialed family business advisor, Carmen is equipped to provide guidance on matters such as succession planning, and conflict resolution within the family enterprise.
Carmen has had the opportunity to live in Japan, Spain, Switzerland, USA, Greece and Italy where she has worked as a coach, trainer and consultant facilitating the successes of entrepreneurs, executives and family businesses leaders. She is known for her professionalism with a high degree of business
acumen who can align with top-level executives, while also being a dynamic, fun, and caring person.
Carmen holds an International M.B.A. from IE Business School in Madrid and is a certified Entrepreneurship teacher from Babson University in Boston. Also, as trained team coach by CRR and certified practitioner of the Myers-Briggs Personality Type Indicator, Carmen can use her knowledge and skills to help
leaders to understand their capabilities and use them to enhance team and organizational effectiveness.
