- Irina Zilbergleyt: Director, IE Talent & Careers, Madrid
Irina is a career advisor for Master in Finance and MBA students interested in Private Equity. Prior to joining IE, Irina was Vice President at Ares Management in New York, where she evaluated, structured and executed investments in real estate and private equity. Irina started her career in M&A at Merrill Lynch.

- Maite Ballester: Managing Partner, Nexxus Iberia, Madrid
Maite has over 20 years of Private Equity experience in Spain and Portugal. Former roles include Head of Spain for 3i, Chairman of Ascri and PE Senior Advisor at EY. Maite leads Level 20’s Spanish Committee.
- Beatriz González-Cristóbal: Luxury Retail Executive, Madrid
Beatriz has served in senior executive positions for 30 years at Bulgari, Loewe and Hermés, where she was Group Executive VP of Sales and Distribution. She is currently Independent Board Director at TOUS and Management Board Member at Círculo Fortuny.
- Amparo Solís Calbacho: Corporate Finance Executive, Madrid
Amparo has over 25 years of corporate finance experience. She was Head of the Deal Advisory Division for the Financial and Real Estate Sectors at KPMG Spain and Head of EMEA Corporate Finance Insurance Sector at Deloitte.
- Jimena Urretavizcaya: Partner, Allen & Overy, Madrid
Jimena has over 15 years of experience advising in domestic and international finance transactions in the Spanish market, with a particular focus in leveraged finance, real estate and project finance. She also has extensive experience advising in the largest debt restructuring transactions over the last few years. She was recently awarded with the 40 under Forty recognition in Spain by Iberian Lawyer.
- Emma Watford: Partner, Head of Business Services Sector, Bridgepoint, London
Emma has spent the last 14 years in private equity having started her career in M&A at Morgan Stanley. Alongside her role at Bridgepoint, Emma is a member of the UK Takeover Panel and a member of the Advisory Council of Level 20.
