During this workshop, you will learn with Carla Szemzo, faculty at IE’s Master in Talen Development and Human Resources, how to positively frame a story so that you may effect positive changes and generate goodwill within your organization.

Storytelling is among the most important tools in shaping the culture of any organization. Yet, often time, stories we hear and tell are filled with cynicism leading us to distrust our colleagues, customers, and peers. Furthermore, this type of communication distorts the possibility of positive outcomes instead breeding a negative culture within an organization.
