After extensive research led by the Dean of the IE School of Human Sciences & Technology that combines company, media and academic insights on the future of work, we invite you to join us in an interactive session titled “Jobs of the Future: Are You Ready for Them”
You will help us analyze real company examples that deepen your understanding of what is shaping today’s world and the implications of technology on your daily human interactions.
Engage with our career experts as you discover how the job market, company structures, and professional roles are transforming. What skills are businesses actually looking for? How have job opportunities changed in the past 15 years? How will these opportunities look in the future? And most importantly, how can you fit into this new reality?
Finally, you will participate in a collaborative, hands-on exercise in order to discover the skills of the future and the jobs that demand them.

Thomas E. Dodds
IE Business School
Thomas is the Associate Director of Admissions for LIFT programs at IE School of Human Sciences & Technology. Before joining the team he completed his Masters in Talent Development & Human Resources at IE. Thomas also holds a BBA in Marketing from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. Professionally, he has experience from the fields of marketing, business development, HSE and Human Resources and has worked in Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and North America.
