About the Workshop:

According to KPMG, mobile banking usage is slated to double by the year 2020, climbing to an estimated 1.8 billion users globally. Such swift growth opens limitless possibilities for innovative approaches to attract and retain customers through designing highly relevant, personalized and overall pleasant experiences across multiple channels.

Marked by flexibility, agility and a keen focus on the user as the epicenter of innovation and progress, a new generation of Fintech players continues to challenge banks and financial institutions by demonstrating that innovation and competitive advantage in the financial services sector lie within the new, indispensable frontier of the user- and customer centered experience.

Engage in this workshop and learn hands-on how key players in finance and banking are challenging the industry by leveraging customer-experience as a crucial differentiating factor.
