In a rapidly changing business landscape, corporate leaders must remain aware and plan for the threat of disruption at both an enterprise and industry level. We have witnessed the impact of the smartphone on the photography industry and how Amazon’s dominance has posed a threat to the retail industry. In a recent PwC Strategy& CEO survey, more than 75% said that technological change would reshape their sector in the next 5 years. How justified are these fears? Which industries are most prone to disruption? What can leaders do to prepare? What are good and bad examples of companies addressing disruption? Paul will provide his insights on these important questions.
