Andrea Lowndres

Andrea joins Talengo in 2014 to lead the Financial Services Practice both in Spain and Latam.

She began her professional career in the financial sector working in London for F&C Asset Management and in Rio de Janeiro for the Investment Bank BTG Pactual. In 1996 she joined the Executive Search market having worked since then in New York, London and Madrid for leading companies within Wholesale Banking, Asset Management and Private Banking.

Andrea’s international career of more than 27 years provides her a unique experience in management identification and evaluation from a cultural diversity and a different executive style point of view.

Andrea has a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from Bryn Mawr College in Pennsylvania, USA, and works regularly in English, Portuguese and Spanish. She is an Executive Coach from Bethencourt and her professional activity includes the Executive Coaching practice.
