Abstract of Master Class:
Experience a journey of how we can create a culture of innovation in ourselves & our companies, understanding how we need to value and motivate our teams and what the keys to creating innovation and inspiring teams are, to give that extra that makes such a big difference in a highly competitive and fast paced world. Cases and examples will be mentioned and practical exercises will be used to make this a very hands on workshop. People generate ideas, not robots! We will finish the workshop with idea generation and pitching.
Participants will learn how their leadership can transform teams- what they need to understand and do to motivate and inspire them.
Professor Balvinder will be holding this session to discuss why Innovation at a personal and professional level are important for Success.
He will talk about his experience in the Commercial Space sector and touch on aspects of his core specialist areas: Innovation, Entrepreneurship, Leadership, Soft Skills/Attitude, Teambuilding and Conflict Management, to create an active, fun, lively and useful session where people can openly debate various topics.

Currently, Balvinder is a Board Member and Director at BOOSTER Space Industries & AERDRON - have developed their own sub orbital space platform and are also helping other companies with their cutting edge projects e.g. use of innovative vehicles/drones (UAVs) for different applications.
He is an Associate Professor at IE Business School and a qualified and experienced trainer, giving sessions globally on Leadership, Team Management and Motivation, Innovation Culture, Mediation/Conflict Resolution Skills, Entrepreneurship and the New Commercial Space Industry.
