Taking place on 25-28 June at The London School of Economics and Political Science, the theme of this event is 'Migration in a Changing Europe'.
LSE will host bachelor students joining from Bocconi, CEU, IE University, SNSPA, Sciences Po, SGH, SSE and LSE, five Ukrainian bachelor students participating under the CIVICA for Ukraine framework and ten high school students.
The CIVICA European Week is an element of the CIVICA Engage Track, a European multi-campus interdisciplinary bachelor experience with a focus on civic engagement developed within the framework of the CIVICA alliance. It provides access to some of the best teaching institutions in Europe.
How can I apply?

Read and complete the CIVICA European Week 2024 application form before March 12, by 4 p.m. CET.

Upload to the application form the CIVICA European Week 2024 Letter of Commitment duly fill out and signed.

Selected participants will be notified by email on Monday March 18th and will be required to confirm attendance by Wednesday, March 20th 12:00 a.m CET.
How much does it cost?
Travel and accommodation will be funded by the CIVICA Erasmus+ grant and organized by IE University. The CIVICA European Week organize will provide catering for the participants so students will only cover the UK Visitor Visa (if needed) and any additional expenses such as taxis, pocket money and small treats each student might wished to incur in.
Selection
As part of the competitive process of selecting the 10 candidates who will represent IE University in the CIVICA European Week 2024, it will be required that every IE University participant delivers a Showcase Assignment no later than May 15, 2024.
