This talk/workshop will focus on what research and trends tells us is the Key Management and Company transversal Value today to have success and stay relevant: TRUST. The Edelman Barometer tells us that Building Trust is the Key Leadership task for CEOs (2019 data). In a volatile world, where so much is unpredictable, Trust attracts customers, creates belief in teams and retains and attracts talent. If you are only selling something based on price, you become a trader, if you build trust, you can keep customer loyalty and choices are made not for purely financial reasons. We will discuss this and related topics in a dynamic and useful way. Join us!

Balvinder Singh Powar is associate professor at the IE Business School. His expertise includes creative and strategic input, business development and senior management, team leadership, relationship management and business mediation. Professor Powar has extensive experience leading business, social, cultural, media and technology projects in Spain and internationally. He is a board member and director at BOOSTER Space Industries and AERDRON, an innovative international Sub-Orbital Space/Aerospace project and UAV/Drone Consultancy. Professor Powar is a business and finance graduate of IE Business School and he also holds a master in mediation from the University of London.
