The founders that we revere are famous not because they started but because they scaled. Many successful startups stumble at 40+ employees as scaling up is completely different to starting up. New ways to think your business in the areas of Purpose, Product, Process & People hold the key to transitioning from a startup to a scaleup. Join Professor Haslam from IE Business School in Madrid to get insights on this new area of study which will be of vital interest to anyone facing the scaleup challenge.
